DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking for an Experience Automotive Office Manager for our high volume, fast paced, growing office. The ideal candidate for this position should be a responsible, self-motivated, organized and a team player capable of supervising others.

The primary responsibility of the Cashier is to manage the day-to-day flow of money transactions from customers in the service and parts department. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to use computer and money systems.

As Payroll Manager will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact on all things related to time and attendance, payroll, and benefits administration. The Payroll Manager will perform all tasks in accordance with Company, federal, state, and local regulations. He/She will ensure timely follow-up and follow-through on all work assignments and will provide their internal customers exceptional responsiveness and support.

As the Receptionist you are the front-line representative for the dealership and must represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times. She/he greets customers as they enter the showroom and directs them to the appropriate party in accordance with dealership policies and answers basic inquiries. The receptionist intercepts, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes thorough messages and provides basic information to callers. The receptionist also assists in salesperson day to day activities such as administering dealer tags and gas tickets.

As the Tag & Title Clerk you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all documentation pertaining to a customer’s vehicle purchase to ensure that all information is accurate and in line with DARCARS compliance guidelines. The role also handles the legal transfer of documents on the customer’s behalf between the dealership and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
